We will conduct a thorough investigation of your complaint. Given the nature of our business as a catering company, common complaints may relate to copyright issues, content accuracy. We will strive to resolve your complaint efficiently, keeping you informed of our progress.
Resolution of Your Complaint
We aim to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the complexity of the issue. If we cannot resolve your complaint within our initial estimated timeframe, we will contact you with an update and a revised resolution timeline.
Escalation of Your Complaint
Should you be dissatisfied with the initial resolution, you can escalate your complaint by contacting Jack Thomas directly at Enquiries@artisancatering.gg. We will reassess your complaint and provide further steps towards a satisfactory resolution.
Legal Disputes
In the unlikely event of a legal dispute, please note that all legal matters will be settled under the jurisdiction of Guernsey.
